Signature of the Treaty Sample Clauses
Signature of the Treaty. This Treaty shall be open for signature until December 31, 1997, by any Member State of WIPO and by the European Community.
Signature of the Treaty. This Treaty shall be open for signature at the Diplomatic Conference in Marrakesh, and thereafter at the headquarters of WIPO by any eligible party for one year after its adoption.
Signature of the Treaty. The Treaty shall remain open for signature by any State that is eligible for becoming party to the Treaty under Article 20(1) and by the European Patent Organization, the Eurasian Patent Organization and the African Regional Industrial Property Organization at the headquarters of the Organization for one year after its adoption.
