Common use of Signature on Returns; Partnership Representative Clause in Contracts

Signature on Returns; Partnership Representative. (a) The Owner Trustee shall sign, on behalf of the Trust, the tax returns of the Trust.

(a) The Owner Trustee Certificateholder shall sign, sign the tax returns of the Trust on behalf of the Trust; provided, that if there is more than one Certificateholder, the tax returns of the TrustTrust shall be signed by the Certificateholder that is the “partnership representative” of the Trust under Section 5.05(b).
