Signature on Returns; Partnership Representative. (a) The Administrator on behalf of the Issuer shall sign on behalf of the Issuer the tax returns of the Issuer, unless applicable law requires a Certificateholder to sign such documents, in which case such documents shall be signed by the Administrator, pursuant to the power-of-attorney granted thereto pursuant to Section 2.04.

Signature on Returns; Partnership Representative. (a) The Administrator on behalf of Subject to Section 2.6, the Issuer Certificateholder shall sign on behalf of the Issuer the tax returns of the Issuer, unless applicable law requires a Certificateholder the Owner Trustee to sign such documents, in which case such documents shall be signed by the Administrator, pursuant to Owner Trustee at the power-of-attorney granted thereto pursuant to Section 2.04written direction of the Certificateholder.
