Signatures and Counterparts. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, and all of which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures transmitted by the exchange of .pdf copies or other electronic copies of signatures are fully effective for all purposes.
