Common use of Signatures; Power of Attorney Clause in Contracts

Signatures; Power of Attorney. Subject to the limitations imposed by Section 5.1, the signature of the Managing Member shall be necessary and sufficient to convey title to any real property owned by the Company or to execute any promissory notes, trust deeds, mortgages or other instruments of hypothecation. All of the Members agree that a copy of appropriate provisions of this Agreement may be shown to the appropriate parties in order to confirm the same, and further agree that the signature of the Managing Member shall be sufficient to execute any documents necessary to effectuate this or any other provision of this Agreement. All of the Members do hereby appoint the Managing Member as their attorney-in-fact for the execution of any or all of the documents described herein.
