Signed by Representatives. No amendment, modification, termination or waiver of or consent with respect to any provision of this Agreement that waives compliance with the conditions precedent set forth in Article 2 (Conditions Precedent) to the making of any of the Loans shall be effective unless the same shall be in writing and signed by Lender Agent and Borrowers. No waiver or consent with respect to any Default or any Event of Default shall be effective for purposes of the conditions precedent to the making of the Loans unless the same shall be in writing and signed by Lender Agent and Borrowers.
