Signed Copies of the Registration Statement and Prospectus. The Partnership will, upon request, furnish to the Underwriters and counsel for the Underwriters, without charge, signed copies of the Registration Statement (including exhibits thereto) and to each other Underwriter a copy of the Registration Statement (without exhibits thereto) and, so long as delivery of a prospectus by an Underwriter or dealer may be required by the Securities Act, as many copies of each Preliminary Prospectus and the Prospectus and any supplement thereto as the Underwriters may reasonably request.
