Common use of Signed Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Signed Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts by the different parties in separate counterparts, each of which, when executed, shall be deemed to be an original but all of which, when taken together, shall constitute one and the same Agreement. This Agreement may be transmitted by facsimile or electronic mail, and said facsimile or electronic signature shall be deemed as an original.
