Common use of Signed Prospectus Clause in Contracts

Signed Prospectus. The Master Issuer will deliver to the Underwriters, without charge, on the date of this Agreement and during the Prospectus Delivery Period, such number of copies of the Prospectus (including all amendments and supplements thereto) as the Underwriters may reasonably request, and the Master Issuer will furnish to the Lead Underwriters on the date of this Agreement four copies of the Prospectus signed by a duly authorized director of the Master Issuer. The Master Issuer will also promptly furnish each Underwriter (to the extent not already furnished) and its counsel one signed copy of the Registration Statement as originally filed and each amendment or supplement thereto, including all consents and exhibits filed therewith and all documents incorporated by reference therein.
