No customer which accounted for 10% or more of the Company's sales or revenues during the periods covered by the financial statements referred to in Section 2.5 or which has been significant to the Company thereafter has terminated, materially reduced or threatened to terminate or materially reduce its purchases from the Company. As of the date of this Agreement, there is no supplier to the Company which is a sole-source supplier.
