Significant Customers and Suppliers. Schedule 3.25 identifies each customer that for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012 and for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2013 represented at least 5% of total revenues of the Company for such year or period, as applicable, and in the case of each such customer, indicates the amount of earned revenue recognized in accordance with GAAP by the Company from such customer for such year or period, as applicable. Except as indicated in Schedule 3.25, no customer or supplier which represented at least 5% of total revenues of the Company during the period covered by the Financial Statements or which has been significant to the Company thereafter, has, to the Company’s knowledge, terminated or materially reduced or threatened to terminate or materially reduce its purchases from or provision of products or services to the Company.
