Significant Selling Securityholders. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, each of the Purchaser and the Parent acknowledges and agrees that any liability of the Significant Selling Securityholders under this Agreement or any document in connection herewith (including, but not limited to, in respect of any representations, warranties or indemnities provided hereunder by the Significant Selling Securityholders) shall be several and not joint.
