Common use of Signing and Delivery of the Transaction Account Mandate Clause in Contracts

Signing and Delivery of the Transaction Account Mandate. In the case of the Transaction Account, the Issuer has delivered to the Account Bank prior to the Closing Date the duly executed Transaction Account Mandate in the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Transaction Account Mandate) and relating to the Transaction Account, and the Account Bank hereby confirms to the Security Trustee that the Transaction Account Mandate has been provided to it, that the Transaction Account is open and that the Transaction Account Mandate is operative. The Account Bank acknowledges that the Transaction Account Mandate and any other mandates delivered from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof shall be subject to the terms of the Deed of Charge and this Agreement.
