SIGNING OF THIS AGREEMENT. 7.1 This Agreement shall be signed by representatives of the Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in, Canada and the Yukon as soon as practicable after ratification by Government. 7.2 As soon as practicable after the signing of this Agreement, the Yukon Minister with responsibility for land claims and the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development shall sponsor orders-in-council to bring this Agreement into effect.
