SIGNING OF THIS AGREEMENT. 8.1 This Agreement shall be signed by representatives of the Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in, Canada and the Yukon as soon as practical after ratification by Government. 8.2 As soon as practical after the signing of this Agreement, the Yukon Minister with responsibility for land claims and the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development shall sponsor orders-in-council approving, giving effect to and declaring valid this Agreement. 8.2.1 Government shall Consult with the Tr'xxxxx Hwëch'in before recommending to the Governor in Council or the Commissioner in Executive Council, as the case may be, the orders-in-council approving, giving effect to and declaring valid this Agreement.
