Signing. 18.1 Signing by the Tenant/Occupant hereof introduces an offer in correspondence with the content, cannot be revoked and can at any time be accepted by the Landlord. Provided that: 18.1.1 The Landlord, other Tenants/Occupants, as well as any missing parts of the Lease Agreement, will be filled in by the Landlord’s signing of the Lease Agreement without detriment or influence of the validity thereof. 18.1.2 Where any of the Parties see to the signing of multiple copies hereof, it will form part of the same Lease Agreement. 18.1.3 The Lease Agreement comes into being in Potchefstroom as soon as both Parties sign it, irrespective of where it has been signed. This Lease Agreement is accepted and becomes valid and binding on both parties once the Tenant/Occupant electronically accepts this Lease Agreement on our online platform.
