Signs, Advertising, Display Window. a) The Tenant shall not erect or install any exterior signs or interior window or door signs or advertising media or window or door lettering or placards without the prior written consent of Landlord. b) The Tenant shall not use any advertising media that the Landlord shall deem objectionable to it or to other tenants, such as, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, loudspeakers, phonographs, televisions, public address systems, sound amplifiers, radios, broadcasts or telecasts within the Building in a manner capable of being heard or seen outside the Leased Premises. c) The Tenant shall not install any exterior lighting, exterior decorations or build any aerial or mast or make any change to the store front of the Leased Premises, without the prior written consent of the Landlord. d) The Tenant shall keep any display windows neatly dressed and, together with any other windows, store fronts and lighted signs in, upon or affixed to the Leased Premises, illuminated during such hours as required by the Landlord. e) Any installation requiring the Landlord's consent which has not received such consent shall be subject to immediate removal without notice at the Tenant's cost.

(b) The Tenant shall not use any advertising media that the Landlord shall deem objectionable to it or to other tenants, such as, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, loudspeakers, phonographs, televisions, public address systems, sound amplifiers, radios, broadcasts or telecasts within the Building Market in a manner capable of being heard or seen outside the Leased Premises.
(c) The Tenant shall not install any exterior lighting, exterior decorations or build any aerial or mast or make any change to the store front of the Leased Premises, without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
(d) The Tenant shall indemnify and save harmless the Landlord from all claims, demands, loss or damage to any person or property arising out of any sign, mast, aerial or other installation, notwithstanding any consent by the Landlord thereto.
(e) The Tenant shall keep any all display windows neatly dressed and, together with any other windows, store fronts and lighted signs in, upon or affixed to the Leased Premises, illuminated during until such hours times as required by the Landlord.
e(f) Any installation requiring the Landlord's ’s consent which has not received such consent shall be subject to immediate removal without notice at the Tenant's ’s cost.
