Common use of Signs; Publicity Clause in Contracts

Signs; Publicity. At Lender’s request and expense, Borrower shall place a sign or signs (in a form or forms which Borrower has reasonably approved) at a location or locations on the Mortgaged Property satisfactory to Lender and Borrower, which signs shall recite, among other things, that Lender is financing the construction of the Improvements. Borrower expressly authorizes Lender to prepare and to furnish to the news media for publication from time to time news releases with respect to the Mortgaged Property, specifically to include but not limited to releases detailing Lender’s involvement with the financing of the Mortgaged Property.

The Borrower expressly authorizes the Lender to prepare and to furnish to the news media for publication from time to time news releases with respect to the Mortgaged Property, specifically to include but not limited to to, releases detailing the Lender’s 's involvement with the financing of the Mortgaged Property.
