Silicone Material Claimants’ Fund. The Silicone Material Claimants’ Fund is a subfund within the Settlement Fund. The sum of $57.5 million Net Present Value shall be defined as the Silicone Material Claimants’ Fund. The maximum amount payable to Settling Silicone Material Claimants shall not exceed $57.5 million Net Present Value.
