In consideration of Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation entering into this Agreement, British Columbia may choose not to require a silviculture deposit pertaining to a licence entered into as a result of a direct award tenure agreement entered into between Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation, or a legal entity controlled by the Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation, and British Columbia.
