Simplification Amendments. Effective as of the Simplification Amendment Effective Date, (a) Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (i) by deleting the following defined terms in their entirety: “AMP GP” and “Parent”. (ii) by inserting the following defined terms:
