Simplified procedure Sample Clauses

A "Simplified procedure" clause establishes a streamlined process for handling certain tasks or decisions within an agreement, reducing formalities and administrative burdens. Typically, this clause applies to routine matters such as minor contract amendments, approvals, or notifications, allowing them to be addressed without the need for extensive documentation or lengthy approval chains. By implementing a simplified procedure, the clause aims to expedite processes, increase efficiency, and minimize delays, ultimately ensuring that minor issues do not hinder the overall progress of the contractual relationship.
