Common use of Simultaneous Closings Clause in Contracts

Simultaneous Closings. On the Closing Date, the share purchases and other transactions contemplated in each of the Agreements of Purchase and Sale executed of even date herewith for the sale of Southwest Ambulance of Casa Grande, Inc., SW General, Inc., and Southwest General Services, Inc. shall be consummated simultaneously with the transactions contemplated herein.
