Simultaneous Death of Beneficiary and Annuitant. We will pay death proceeds as though the beneficiary died before the Annuitant if: (1) the beneficiary dies at the same time as or within 15 days of the Annuitant’s death; and (2) we have not paid the proceeds to the beneficiary within this 15-day period.
