Single Agreements Sample Clauses
The Single Agreements clause establishes that all transactions or contracts between the parties are considered part of one unified agreement rather than separate, independent contracts. In practice, this means that obligations and rights under various individual transactions are interconnected, so a default or breach in one transaction can affect the entire relationship. This structure is commonly used in master agreements, such as those in financial derivatives, to allow for netting of obligations and to reduce credit risk. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the parties' dealings are treated as a single legal relationship, thereby simplifying enforcement and risk management.
