Single Arbitrator Selection. The Parties agree that a Single Arbitrator shall be used as provided for in the Canada Labour Code. The Company and the Union shall make every effort to agree on the selection of an Arbitrator within ten (10) working days after the Party requesting Arbitration has delivered written notice to the other Party.
