Common use of Single Audit Compliance Certification Clause in Contracts

Single Audit Compliance Certification. Annually within 60 calendar days of the close of Grantee’s fiscal year, Grantee shall electronically submit a completed Audit Compliance Certification (a version of this certification is attached hereto as Attachment 3) to Xxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. Grantee’s timely submittal of one completed Audit Compliance Certification for each applicable fiscal year will fulfill this requirement for all agreements between DEO and Grantee.
