Single Certification. If a Responsible Entity applies for one Event Certification, the one-time Fee that must be paid by the Responsible Entity, within 30 days after receipt of a valid invoice and prior to the Event date and prior to any use of the CTM in connection with the Event (whichever is earliest), is calculated as follows.
