Common use of Single Property Clause in Contracts

Single Property. Throughout the form of this Lease there are references to "Leased Properties". If, in fact, there is only one Leased Property being leased hereunder, all such references shall, without further action, be deemed amended to refer solely to such Leased Property and all provisions relating to Leased Properties, including remedies applicable to only one Leased Property, shall likewise be amended to the extent necessary, but only to the extent necessary, to give effect to the fact that there is only one Leased Property.
