Single Tender Actions (STA. 8.8.1 All STA’s are required to go through a procurement process which will include publishing an invitation to tender via the e-tendering portal. 8.8.2 Any request for single tender action must have prior authority as per Scheme of Delegation (SoD) and Procurement Procedures. The particular approval levels for Single Tender Actions are set out at Annex D under Single Tender Action, p. 67.
