Singular Includes Plural. Whenever used in this Agreement, the singular form of any term includes the plural form and the plural form includes the singular form.
Singular Includes Plural. Unless the context requires a contrary construction, the singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular; and the masculine, feminine or neuter shall include the masculine, feminine and neuter.
Singular Includes Plural. Every word herein purporting to the neuter gender only shall extend to and include males and females and every word herein importing the singular number only shall be construed to extend to and include the plural number also.
