Masculine Gender Sample Clauses
The Masculine Gender clause defines how gendered language is interpreted within a contract or legal document. Specifically, it states that any reference to the masculine gender should be understood to include the feminine and, in some cases, the neuter, ensuring that all parties are covered regardless of gendered pronouns used. This clause is commonly used to avoid the need for repetitive language and to ensure inclusivity and clarity, preventing ambiguity or disputes over the interpretation of gendered terms in the document.
