Common use of Singular, Plural and Gender Clause in Contracts

Singular, Plural and Gender. As used herein, the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine or neuter.

Singular, Plural and Gender. As Unless the context otherwise requires, whenever used hereinin this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural, the plural shall include the singular and the masculine gender shall include the neuter and feminine or neutergender, and vice versa.
