Common use of Singular, Plural and Gender Clause in Contracts

Singular, Plural and Gender. Wherever required by the context in this Agreement, the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and gender referred to includes the feminine, masculine or neuter gender, and “person” means an individual, partnership, corporation or association.
