Sinosure indemnity. The Borrower shall indemnify the Sinosure Agent and each Lender on demand and hold each of those parties harmless from and against any duly evidenced additional premiums, cost or expense as provided for under the Sinosure Policy which Sinosure may charge, invoice or set-off against amounts owing to the Sinosure Agent or the Lenders, including without limitation as a result of a change of the delivery schedule of the Vessel or otherwise properly incurred by the Sinosure Agent and/or the Lenders in connection with compliance with the Sinosure Policy.
