Site Access Restrictions. 6.4.1. Operator’s access for constructing, servicing, or maintaining Improvements along or across the Site shall be limited to, as applicable: a. frontage roads; x. xxxxx; c. nearby or adjacent public roads and streets; d. trails along or near the ROW line which connect only to an intersecting road; or e. shoulders so long as Traffic Control Plans are provided to INDOT and followed by Operator and Operators Contractors at all times.
