SITE CERTIFICATION
A. Site Description The Columbia Solar Project comprises five solar sites to be constructed and operated on distinct locations in unincorporated Kittitas County. Certification details applicable to all five sites are discussed in the body of this Site Certification Agreement, while site-specific details relevant only to the Camas Solar Site are presented in Attachment 1.
