SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS - CLUSTER DEVELOPMENT. Where a proposed tentative tract map for an area of not less than 5 acres designates the use as a cluster development, the development standards shall be in accordance with the regulations prescribed in Sections 17.57.010 through 17.57.290 of the Vacaville Municipal Code. Note: all sections from Chapter 17.57 were repealed on June 25, 1996.
