Site Evaluation Report. The report shall include a search of all applicable databases to determine if a contaminated site is adjacent to the project, results from water and soil testing, and potential impacts to the project and a recommendation of how to handle any possible contamination that may effect the project. The Consultant shall also perform the following: • Install monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with all rules and regulations to test groundwater as required under the FDEP NPDES groundwater permitting requirements. • Abandon all monitoring ▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with all rules and regulations. • Perform soil testing in accordance with all rules and regulations.
