Site Licensing Services Sample Clauses

Site Licensing Services. Upon Customer acceptance of the Site, TNL shall, pursuant to the license granted in Section 5.d.i below, transfer, implement, and make the Site available to Customer for its use on the Host Server and supporting environment, at the location specified in Exhibit B, which server and hosting services shall meet the specifications set forth in Exhibit B (the “Hosting / Licensing Specifications”).
