Site Plan Control. 9.8.1 The Lots listed in Schedule “J” are subject to Site Plan Control pursuant to section 41 of the Planning Act. A Site Plan Agreement is required with the Town prior to development of these Lots.
9.8.2 Where there is a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and a Site Plan Agreement referred to in this Section, the provisions of the Site Plan Agreement shall prevail.
