Site Project Closure. Upon cessation of work on any day, the employees will carefully put away all tools, materials, equipment and any other Employer property in a safe, secure manner and ensure that the site is left in a safe condition.

Site Project Closure. The parties agree that when a decision is taken by the ETU for its members to leave the site /job, no action shall take place until notice is first given to the Company. In all instances when such action takes place resulting in the employees leaving site, the employees will carefully put away all tools, materials, equipment and any other Company property in a safe, secure manner and ensure that the site is left in a safe condition.
Site Project Closure. The parties agree that when employees have a concern about safe working conditions, no action will take place until an agreement is first sought from the Employer. Work in the affected area(s) shall cease and employees shall be relocated to work in alternative safe areas where work is available in their classification. Employees may be relocated to other job sites where there is safe work available in their classification. When such an action takes place, employees will carefully put away all tools, materials, equipment or any other property of the Employer in a safe manner and ensure the site is left in a safe condition.
Site Project Closure a) The parties agree that when a decision is taken by ETU for its members to leave the site/job, such decision must be must be in compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 as amended by the Workplace Relations Amendment (Work Choices) Act 2005. No action will take place until notice is first given to the employer.
