Common use of Site Suitability and Access Clause in Contracts

Purchaser shall ensure that the Project Site is suitable for installation of the Turbines in accordance with the Turbine Specifications and Turbine Installation Manual and shall ensure that Supplier has continuous unfettered physical access to the Project Site during normal business hours during the performance of its Commissioning Work;
