Common use of Site Surveys Clause in Contracts

Site Surveys. The Owner shall make available to the CMR such information as the Owner has in its possession describing the physical characteristics, legal limitations and utility locations for the Project Site; provided, however, that the provisions of such information shall not relieve the CMR from its obligation to inspect for itself and determine the Site conditions. The Owner makes no representations whatsoever concerning the quality or contents of any information so provided and the CMR relies on such information solely at its own risk.
