Common use of Site Surveys Clause in Contracts

Site Surveys. 5.1 Where Vodafone has carried out a Site Survey, Vodafone will provide Customer with a written report detailing the results of the Site Survey and any remediation work that is required to be undertaken prior to the installation of the Service. Failure to carry out any such work may delay the Commencement Date and/or mean that Vodafone is unable to provide the Services to Customer.
