Situs of Trust; Applicable Law; Severability. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL IN ALL RESPECTS BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, INCLUDING ALL MATTERS OF VALIDITY, CONSTRUCTION AND PERFORMANCE. If any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof shall continue to be fully effective; provided, that such remaining provisions do not increase the obligations or liabilities of the Owner Trustee or the Trustor.
