Six Month Program Periods. The Department will perform separate settlements for four program periods defined by the following dates of service: • January 1, 2013 through June 30, 2013; • July 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013; • January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014; and • July 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014.
