SIXTEENTH. A copy of the Declaration of Trust is on file with the Secretary of the State of Massachusetts, and notice is hereby given that this instrument is executed on behalf of the Directors of the Company as Directors and not individually, and that the obligations of this instrument are not binding upon any of the Directors or shareholders individually but are binding only upon the assets and property of the Company, and all persons dealing with any class of shares of the Company must look solely to the Company property belonging to such class for the enforcement of any claims against the Company.
