Sixth Supplemental Indenture Controls. In the event there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Indenture and this Sixth Supplemental Indenture, the provisions of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall control.
Sixth Supplemental Indenture Controls. This Sixth Supplemental Indenture is executed by the Company, and by the Trustee upon the Company’s written request, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.2 of the Original Indenture, and the terms and conditions of the Original Indenture shall be deemed to be part of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture for all purposes. The Original Indenture, as supplemented and amended by this Sixth Supplemental Indenture, is in all respects hereby adopted, ratified and confirmed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any of the terms of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture are inconsistent with, or conflict with, the terms of the Original Indenture, the terms of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture shall govern.
