Common use of Slavery Disclosure Ordinance Clause in Contracts

Slavery Disclosure Ordinance. This License is subject to the applicable provisions of the Slavery Disclosure Ordinance (“SDO”) (Section 10.41, et seq, of the Los Angeles Administrative Code). Unless otherwise exempt in accordance with the provision of this Ordinance, Licensee certifies that it has complied with the applicable provisions of the Ordinance. Under the provisions of Section 10.41.2(b) of the Los Angeles Administrative Code, Licensor has the authority, under appropriate circumstances, to terminate this License and otherwise pursue legal remedies that may be available to Licensor if Licensor determines that the j Licensee failed to fully and accurately complete the SDO affidavit or otherwise violated any Provision of the SDO.
